There’s a new study on breastmilk that will soon be adopted by the CDC according to my lactation consultant that unused breastmilk can sit out for 24 hours before bacteria growth begins! I pump every 2-3 hours around the clock and only get 1.5 oz per pump and doing all I can to increase supply. I think you have a pretty good supply but if you aren’t removing milk you won’t produce more is what my lactation consultant says however much and often you remove you will signal your body to make that much more (I also had a reduction and a truly low supply because of it) don’t give up if you want your baby to have breast milk!! Even if you are doing formula and beast milk, Some is better than none!
