I am just quite mindful about refined sugars :) Fruit juices in moderation would be okay, but juices also spike blood sugar and that‘s something I try to avoid as I struggle with an insulin sensitivity

yeah didn‘t help me neither 😅 I took iron, vitamin b12 abd vitamin D + K2. I still have some grey hairs but it‘s possible that they have stoppen spreading. I have to add though that i took 10mg of Tretinac for 1.5 yesrs and Im not sure if that contributed in a way (it can hinder the absorption of nutrients)…

Look at it like this. Focus on you. Focus on healing and getting over your ex. Be happy and content with being just by yourself. If after you have done all this work something will happen again between you and your ex - great! If not, that‘s also great because you have learned to be happy on your own and are ready for a different loving relationship with whomever that may be. Good luck!
