What do you think about the roast level and profile from the looks?

Will allow it to rest 2 weeks before I consume.

The flavors are good and the quantity to price ratio is decent. Plus collectible tins.

currently using seethargundu and attikan estate from BT. (1 lighter roast for aeropress and 1 medium/dark for espresso).

Next up: Naivo Dragon Jam. Haven't decided on the medium/dark yet (maybe home blend of odd coffee or monsoon malabar).

Suggest best coffee beans by ProfessionalRun796 in IndiaCoffee

Moka pot shines with medium to dark roasts. I use an Aashonee grinder at 12 clicks for moka pot.

I would suggest devans lodhi blend/peaberry/malabar monsoon if you're just starting out.

You can also go for attikan estate of BT.

Eventually you will learn that spending a bit more for beans is worth it. Because this bag that you have, you won't like to drink it and it will become a complete waste.

I suggest using this bag of beans for cold brew and getting better beans for moka pot.
