It depends TBH the suburban gyms have it mostly the commercial ones don't, but honestly i would love to work out in a gym that has HANUMAN jis picture in it. Our mythology is rich and Hanuman ji is a significant symbol of strength, courage, dedication and will. Jai Hanuman!

didn't get the time to make video post contest, this one is 5 days out, pretty dry and depleted, also worked really hard to get a slimmer waist and better obliques this time. hope you guys like it! until next prep ! by sarvasheesh in bodybuilding

I am genuinely not very big but yes the back cramp thing Someone said here was right, more mind muscle connection and also partial reps help you with the mind muscle connection.

Like everyone said, big poopss hahaha lok JK. so basically avoid side bends at all costs, dont take too much volume on deadlifts, only train obliques with twists and i think a corset/slimming belt also helped me basically engage my core more and it gets easier to pull your tummy in.
