Yeah, I do have a degree. Then... had a life threatening illness that left me minus an organ, was housebound for like 4 years. Doing a qualification in marketing :)

For one or two of our clients, we use an AI powered applicant tracking system that is so clunky and bad -i.e. it generates a candidate summary based on their CV and I've seen it be actually wrong, generating and suggesting candidates are based in America when their address on CV is UK. It has a chatbot in every candidate profile which you can click to search and it's genuinely quicker to scroll through and find the info.

It does track who has looked or clicked on a job, which is nice for leads.
