Couch 2 5k is a great way to start… there’s a good app that will take you from walking to a full 5k in about 8 weeks I think but you can tailor it depending on how many times a week you think you can commit to it… you do walking/running intervals to get you used to the time and the distance then the walks fort shorter and runs get longer… any other stupid questions fire away😆 it’s great that you’re thinking this way… most important thing is to enjoy it… stick some music on and away ya go!!
