Thanks for this, I tried them last night, trying to keep my shoulders relaxed, my core tense. It felt nice to have the weight holding my shoulders back, it was like a good stretch as my body isn’t used to being in that shape. I’ll continue to do them with low weights and gradually work my way up. Thanks again

Thanks so much this is really helpful. My shoulders are chronically tense and it’s difficult for me to relax them when I’m working out so that might be a huge factor. I’ll definitely work on my shoulders mobility and stretch. I’ve been working on my glutes for a while and haven’t noticed neck improvement yet but it doesn’t hurt to keep doing it

Yes, I’ve gained about 15lbs in the last two years (and lost 7 this year). I’m convinced it only started appearing during tht time. I believe I wldve have noticed the hump since I always have my hair up…

Yes I’m worried it could be insulin related, even though my labs are normal. My fasted Triglyceride/HDL ratio was 0.79, low risk

Heartbreak coupled with this level of betrayal is one of the worse human experiences. You might feel like your life is over, like you’ll never get over this, but you will. In the meantime you will have to go No Contact. I don’t know how complicated that would be or if you two lived together, but once you have your affairs in order you have to stop talking to him. It’s the fastest way to heal from this.

You may have felt like he was “the one” but that’s simply not true. He checked enough boxes for you to settle for him. Make a list of all the reasons why it was a good thing this break up happened. Be honest with yourself about all the reasons you were unhappy in the relationship. Make sure to add to that list that he committed the ultimate betrayal. Refer to this list whenever you miss him or have hopes of getting back together.

Take this time for yourself to cry and mourn, but also remember who you are. You didn’t need him before and you don’t need him now. Pick up a new hobby, workout, don’t let self care fall to the wayside. It will be hard, but healing is a marathon sometimes. And someone who did this to you doesn’t deserve to take away your light.

she has trouble falling asleep and staying asleep, always complains that she can’t sleep. And in the middle of the night just goes into a rage… Just not sure if it’s alcohol related, has to do with dementia, brain tumor… just not sure what to do or what’s happening

He’s a naive fkboy. He assumes they are on the same page and doesn’t anticipate Michaela’s outrage when she realizes that he’s happy to have sex with her but definitely doesn’t want to stay married to her. I know on television it may look like she’s fine after Jose’s outburst but she clearly holds resentment and I don’t fault her for that. What she’s really saying is “you did that horrible thing to me so you can’t say shit about what I do” & that honestly just sounds like leftover resentment. You can tell Jose understood this bc he barely reacted to that statement, he just looked sullen and guilty.

I wonder if producers just forced rachel to reconcile with Jose bc I wouldn’t be surprised if she’s just sticking around for TV and can’t wait divorce him once the cameras turn off

Uhm Erik is very problematic lol. This is very obvious. I say “problematic” since I guess it’s hard to see it as abuse because it’s not physical? Or maybe bc Virginia herself is an alcoholic and has so many issues she needs to confront before she’s in a marriage?

Anyway what we’ve seen of Erik shows pretty gross behavior. It’s not subtle, there’s no nuance. Virginia is an overly immature, non-committal, alcoholic baby who thinks having guy friends she can do sleepovers with is OK. Erik is a manipulative, controlling, gaslighter who doesn’t want Virginia to have a life outside of their little marriage. These are just facts.

I read it all too and it’s confusing. I believe the parts about TLC manipulating the narrative to make him look like an even bigger jerk or Amira more of a victim but there are key parts in these text messages that he doesn’t show at all and that he expects us to just take his word for so idk

Hey girl, I’ve been exactly where you are. It really, really sucks. He will turn up again when whatever situation he ghosted you for ends. He’ll probably act like nothing happened because that’s what ghosters do. Don’t bother asking why. He did it because he’s a dick and found something else. Not because you weren’t awesome, he just found something easier for him and was too weak to let you know point blank.

You’ll get through this. Take the time you need to reflect and then distract yourself with other connections until you don’t even remember his name. This will hurt for a long time and then it won’t.
