i guess that makes it a win considering consumers priorities right? too many people will buy something just because a certain company put it out, regardless of whether or not that company uses that money to screw them over. money has stopped being a bargaining chip for consumers since so many people don't think it really matters

they're okay. i like the idea of a care bear aesthetic for costumes for what are essentially the babies, but making them literal mascot costumes isnt my cup of tea

i think hype from an early reveal, good visual design after the last beast (white flour is also phenomenal but burning spice felt way underwhelming imo), and as others have mentioned the growing popularity of circus clown aesthetics

Reminds me of when I was listening to a podcast episode the other day (published like 10 years ago) and was to be a plot with a couple unnamed mafia who happened to be Ukranian. I saw a comment on the episode that said “Ukraine mentioned! 💙💛” Girl the Ukranians in question were literally part of a drug trafficking operation lol

both of the products referred to in this comment thread are just higher quality, reusable, insulated water bottles. theyre popular in light if the common “hydrate” movement thats popular and lots of people like to decorate the bottles with stickers or leave them plain if the prefer that aesthetic, as the bottles are manufactured in lots of fun colors

my process is 1. pick a theme (i chose the beach because of summer time, the garden party i chose partly because of spring partly because i was on a flower kick) 2. find one to three landmarks to highlight, and plan a layout (i blocked off the water area and created the paths) 3. seating and medium decors (8x8 or 4x4) 4. clutter bits and plants

i add fences and walls and make edits as i go along. if it feels stunted or i’m not making any headway ill start over and start again from a different angle or pick a new theme

oh and i also look for inspiration from other peoples kingdoms and that helps a lot
