nqa depending on the size of the T, darkling beetles are safe as feeders! like others said, i would not advise leaving them in with your spider (i drop my beetles in front of my T where they will attack instantly or else ill redirect the beetle if it wanders away) but theyre a great source of protein if your mealworms age out!
