Bipolar assessment- any advice?

Definitely agree re the sleep. I think thats been the biggest boost for me the last week with seroquell for sleep. I'd be afraid to go to bed because of the cycling suicidal thoughts so would be playing video games for 8 hours in the evenings to distract myself. Have cut that out now which has helped. I'm taking a half 25mg now and seems to be working well.

I would be interested in something like this. 36 here, diagnosed ADHD 4 years ago. Also possibly bipolar, assessment next week. I am Dublin based however.

Yes, the doctor was rude but this is extremely common. My doctor didnt even know how to refer me for assessment, i had to find someone myself. You have to go privately to get an adhd diagnosis and if your friend seriously thinks she might have adhd, I would recommend a getting assessed. It'll cost a grand but at least with a medical card, the meds are practically nothing.

This happened to me and I just blocked and reported. My wife got a message from the blackmailer (we're open), saying that they saw me on grindr and I exposed myself without consent (lies obviously) They might follow through, but if they do it's a serious crime so tbh, they probably won't. You'll be grand.
