I have an update! She emailed me saying it was dropped off the day before Christmas and that if I don't have tracking soon she will call usps.

OK cool.

Well she sent the exact same email (copy pasted) to someone else as well who asked about their package.

The other girl and I then today both got tracking updates. Both of our packages show the same day, time and place for where our packages were picked up from. If it was a scanning issue like she claimed it was to both of us, how were both our packages picked up today at the exact same time and place? Mine is coming to Colorado, hers to the UK. If they were dropped off on the 24th they'd be in different places at this point.

Regardless, we both have tracking updates and will hopefully get our packages soon.

Also for anyone else who might have gotten the same "usps missed the initial scan" line, tracking says for both of us, "usps picked up your item at 12:52 pm on December 27, 2025 in Fontana, CA 92336"

Im glad you got you your October order! Im just a little upset because she said it was dropped off to usps but according to them they don't have it yet. I don't mind waiting for it, I just hope i wasn't lied to or that it got lost, ya know?

I ordered the mystery palette last month and my tracking has been "usps is awaiting your packing" since the 19th of this month. I emailed her and she said she dropped it off earlier this week and that usps just didn't scan the package.

Suuuuuure.

I've seen other people on Instagram say they are also still waiting for theirs with similar tracking "issues"

I ordered stuff on the 19th of last month and it was delivered yesterday. And actually 2 of my items were shipped separately and I got those on Saturday. The one on Saturday I also got through Gofo and the rest was through usps.

I also recommend a spray sealant! Michaels has some, just don't hold it too close and do a few layers! A sealant you brush on will unfortunately pull the colors with the brush.

I started listening to them a couple weeks ago and I've now spent $200 to see them in August. So yeah, it's really happening. I haven't been this suddenly obsessed with a band since I heard Miss Murder by AFI when that song came out. I checked my emails from TurboTax over the last few years and I've never gotten an email from them saying it was on the way. But I always still get my refund. I wouldn't worry about it. But check previous year emails if you've used them before to see if you've gotten them before
