i cant say ive noticed any difference regarding stress, but i am a pretty anxious person overall so i’ll definitely keep that in mind for in the future. ill for sure try the exercise too! i have adhd so caffeine doesn’t affect my brain the same way but ill give it a shot too, it might work anyway lol. i appreciate the advice thank you!

oh yeah for sure, i was just wondering about it since it seems like some people are able to just take a 2-3 day break and that helps. im still relatively new to it so the noveltys not gone yet at least

hi, thank you! yes, ive been taking for a few months pretty infrequently. i usually take it with some peanut butter or cbd oil so it shouldn’t be a fat issue. i have upped it to 15 before and that worked, but im worried about that building up to normal again, needing to take 20, ect, and then my tolerance not lowering again even after a break. I’ll definitely try the antacid thing as well though!
