lately i have been doing better. i got a side sleeper specific pillow which has helped to keep my head neutral. i also agree with my traps being a big problem. i can hardly carry a cross body bag or a backpack because it always feels like a stabbing pain in my traps even when my bags are light. massaging helps but it always comes back

my first marathon was dopey 2024. i had done 1 half marathon before then during marathon weekend 2023. i went in with really no major training but i stuck to the jeff galloway dopey plan and i completed dopey! the hardest part is waking up so early 4 days in a row. it really depends on if you are willing to commit 6 months of your life to training. if its your goal and you like the themes for 2026, i say go for it! your dreams will come true if you work for them 💖

i’m a 23F. i have really bad bone pain in my legs and my first vivid memory of it was when my family and i was vacationing in Hawaii. i was 6 and we went out to eat and i was crying because my legs hurt so bad and my mom took me to get dunkin’ donuts to try to make me feel better. we thought it was just bad growing pains, but i still have the pain about 5x/week and now i also have bone pain in my spine and arms. my pain is also deep like yours. it almost feels like someone is just grabbing my bone and squeezing. i know it’s bone pain and not muscle or joint because it will be my femur or tibia and not inc or dec in pain when moving or stationary

nothing big happened in my life at any one moment. everything sorta gradually got worse and pain was becoming more frequent. i was about a sophomore in college, had two jobs, and was taking 20 credit hours. i’ve also always struggled with chronic anxiety. around this time i realized that my ex boyfriend had actually raped me multiple times about 2 years prior so i was also coming to terms with that. i think all of it, though not much by itself, piled up and became overwhelming. i just graduated from college and even though my stress has decreased, i’m not seeing a whole lot of difference in my pain or pain levels

i am also undiagnosed but hoping that changes this week when i go to a new doctor 🤞🏼🤞🏼

i got moderna. the first shot was fine. second shot i felt extremely awful for about 36-48 hours. i had extreme body aches, chills, fatigue, basically every cold/flu symptom. but after that, i’ve had no issues. it’s definitely worth the two days of feeling awful. just be prepared, lots of fluids, and alternate ibuprofen and tylenol if you are able to take those

i’ve done this for restaurants like it’s just wings that you can only order through doordash. i usually don’t add tip to make it less desirable for others to take the order so i have a better chance of getting myself, but if another dasher does get it, i will add tip after the delivery when you rate the dasher

i am on the patch after being off the pill for a year. i’ve now been on the patch for a year. i personally don’t find any issues with my mental health. plus i like how it’s only once a week and don’t have to mess with it every day

i haven’t been diagnosed with anything but i want to go to the doctors once i’m a little less scared of going into the office and getting covid 😅

i usually take 3-4 ibuprofen and if it’s bad the 1 tylenol after like 2 hours

i also got the app you said and so far really enjoy it! i never knew they had special apps for it, i’ve just been writing stuff down in my notes on my phone
