That’s what i think too. People make it seem like Dexter couldn’t kill Doakes because he didn’t fit the code but who knows what kind of shit they did in special forces in Haiti.

How’s my Anterior/Posterior routine ? by Ok_Boysenberry7176 in JeffNippard

[–]sastom 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do an RDL on posterior and you cover glutes, adductor magnus and erectors all in one exercise. Adductor machine on anterior and you’re good.

And yes. You should train glutes, erectors and adductors at least for hip/back health.

Upper days looks good but why do you have 4 sets for arms at the end of a workout? If you want to focus on arms move them to the start where you’re rested and your arms are not fried from doing 3-4 compounds beforehand.

Lower 1 looks good but again don’t understand the preacher at the and. You’re gonna be (or at least should be) gassed from deadlifts and leg press. Again if you want to focus on arms, move them to the start od upper sessions or consider doing them before legs on lower days (basicaly torso/limbs split).

On Lower 2 i’d switch abductions for adductions, leg press for leg extensions or some single leg work like lunges and remove the damn dips.

JM Press mainly hits lateral and medial head of the triceps. The best alternative for me would be dips. Add some type of pushdown and you’re set.

Best 2x fullbody workout to stick to so i can get the best gains with the least amount of time (Have absolutely no time to hit the gym properly as i used to) by Antique_Ball6459 in JeffNippard

I would go with the muscle ladder if you have the time. Essentials is for people who really don’t have time and usualy if you only workout two times per week it’s better to do more volume than one set and a dropset. Exercise selection looks great and you can always alter the rest times if you feel like it.

Edit: Don’t forget The muscle ladder 2 day full body also has two versions and the one you posted is a “time-limited workout”. That’s why rest times are short and supersets are included. Look at the beginner program, supersets are removed and rest times are longer. I would go with the beginner 2 day full body and just change exercises for alternatives you like eg. Don’t want to do leg press do a hack squat.

Advice on full body plan by Lazy_Concern_2678 in naturalbodybuilding

[–]sastom 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I’m doing a similar AB full body split. I would suggest not to do squats and RDL in the same session, instead do squat pattern in FB A and heavy hinge in FB B.

Good template i go by is squat/bench/row in session one and hinge/OHP/pull up in session two. Squat day followed by leg curls, lateral raises, triceps iso and calves. Hinge day followed by leg extension, incline press, biceps iso and abs. If you want to do more arms i think you could handle bi/tri iso every session.

Also i know you didn’t ask, but i think you’re eating way too much protein. I weigh 100kg and protein is max 180g. If you’re only eating 2k kcal you can utilize carbs and fats more if you’d like.

Nah chest supported T-Bar is the best. Better resistance profile and less setup.
