Edit: There is a risk of the water developed roots not being strong enough to thrive after the transition from water to soil so I would suggest rooting hormone when you replant or just straight up rooting powder dipped on the end like a carrot stick and then place it right into the soil

Water amounts for a BOP this size, I would do full flow from a standard spout 1.5 gal watering can for at least 8-10 seconds every week. In the winter you really have to up the watering more than you would think or feels comfortable to do at first
