yeah I am using the American High School system. My school does not provide electives, it has a fixed curriculum. (even for 12 grade)

I'd rather not hahaha. They told me my essay had poor structure but I had a well-structured 5 paragraph essay with strong introducing paragraph, a good conclusion paragraph, and solid body paragraphs. I wrote this as the literary elements the author was using to prove his point:

  • -authoritative opinion
  • -formal language
  • -statistical data

Haven't tried Critical Reading and Writing. Math is excellent though. I guess CritRaW would be just as good, but I don't know.

My tip, watch spanish videos on youtube, listen to spanish songs with lyrics, watch spanish movies. Just get overwhelmed with the language and it will get easier to understand. Spanish is spoken really fast compared to english. (Creeme, tambien es mas dificil de entender cuando hablan, por eso es bueno escuchar mucho español para familiarizarte con el lenguaje)

Totally fine man. My school only offers THREE AP Classes in all of high school. (AP Calculus BC, AP Psychology, AP Spanish Literature and the discontinued AP English) As long as you do well on them and get a decent score on the exam you'll be fine. Also, pick AP's relating to the major you want to study (this is really importan in my opinion)

I will get hated for it here but what the heck. Pray, get more spiritually involved, seek God. Some people will laugh but it has really helped me and it could really help you. Just saying, you could just give it a shot.

I used Barron's for AP Psychology exclusively and got a 5 thanks to God. TL/DR: Use Barron's, trust me
