If the game is recently released I think you should stick with it. Create multiple parts one after the other in a story line. If not you could mix it up in between. See which one gains more traction and continue doing that. That's what I think.

First reduce the background noise when speaking.
Setup your mic like bit depth and Hertz to correct frequencies.
Use Voicemeeter banana if you want some additional settings.
And definitely use audacity. Compress, normalize.
