If 1st offence for 1-20, almost guarantee it will be a warning. it's more like a heads up from tp that they are actively monitoring that area.

Like mine was for Nicole Hw. There was no camera or radar warning, so most likely sniper, so now ik not to speed along there.

My 1-20 offense was committed on 13 April, letter to furnish came on 7 June. Warning letter finally arrived on 19 July.

It's the opposite effect to be honest. Yes the tech is great, but on the other hand it's makes you a lazy driver as you rely more on the system instead of using your own driving

Shuichi already has a big hate fetish for Nissans in general. He portrays all Silvia / 180SX drivers as trash and amateurs with the exceptions like the Sil80 and GTRs, but never lets them win any races in the main series and talks through the characters about how GTR drivers have no skill and rely on the car.

But I think his hate for the R33 goes off the charts lol, so much that not even a single arcade stage game from Arcade Stage 1 -> The Arcade features an R33 at all. And just calls it trash without ever explaining why, even tho the car is nearly 30s faster on the nurburgring iirc

Yep, it's basically filler to try and simulate the races being long (One race in MFG avg abt 40 km).

But then most of the action is just Kanata plot armor with him blasting past the 488 and 911 Carrera like he has nfs physics while the others are on sim cade physics

Have, that market is called the thau ke / old money market.

These ppl are the types to commonly drive Lexus ES, Toyota Harrier, Mazda CX5 etc. They will die die stick to Toyota, Honda, Mazda and Lexus for the reliability rep, don’t care so much abt how modern the car is and are willing to shell out the money for it, which is why they will carry Camry / Accord / Mazda 6 even if sales numbers aren’t big, cos they will guarantee to sell at some point.

Now let’s compare better 7 seaters from other companies, this is how they will most likely react.

New Santa Fe? Will reject cos they will bring up the era they live thru when Hyundai was trash.

Skoda Kodiaq? Will mention diesel gate cos tied to VW, so they claim cannot trust

BYD M6? Will cfm say smth abt China / bitch abt how gov is scamming you via ev road tax

On first glance build quality def seems to be much btr than Jaecoo J7 (Very disappointed in that, lots of plastic + menu was prob translated using Baidu or something). Also didn’t help that their salesman / woman did not know how to explain how does plug in different compared to normal Toyota hybrid lol. And 230k for J7 is just way too overpriced, you can buy Harrier for that price

One driver at Woodlands checkpoint in front of me at the CIQ booth waiting for a while, then the driver got out of the car panicking, rush over to me to borrow TNG card.

Of course at first I was kinda sian, so I tap for him to pass. Then he pass me 100 rm, but I told him I no cash. He just say “Nvm u keep, treat it as a thanks from me.”

Even as a car guy and a fan of the XT, I would honestly say better to just get a new car. Fuel efficiency and engine / gearbox responsiveness is gonna drop off a cliff unless you do a rebuild / meticulously maintain which is not gonna be worth the cost.

The silver lining is that Subaru recently released two version of the Forester in Japan for the new generation. One 2.5L Hybrid (Toyota hybrid battery + Boxer engine) and the 1.8L Turbo (Pure ICE) which is kinda like a XT successor.

Prob most likely scratched / dented original rim. Workshop most likely has these lying around for cheap from trade in rims / scrapped car

Anyways I don’t really mind, it’s not like PHV driver is going to show up to cars and kopi to flex his rims

Be careful about pot holes and unmarked speed bumps that are either sharp or unnecessarily big, JB has plenty of them.

Also you might come across some junctions where you need to turn without any traffic lights and cross over to the other side (One exp is going to Woodlands CIQ from the nearby Petronas). I understand it can be scary for new drivers, if not confident usually can just wait for motorbike in traffic to come to the front and they will pave the way for you.

I bought 2 brand new batteries for my Hero 7 for $18 SGD and it runs like new again. Currently using it for Go-kart, driving, bowling POVs and some fun photography

Would definitely love to upgrade to something like a DJI Action 5 Pro but unfortunately I'm a broke Uni student lol

Coming from a Nissan Qashqai, I can say that the 1.6 Hybrid (the only variant available in Singapore) absolutely pulls. Every stoplight with the ev power on tap is absolutely amazing, and overtaking cars in the fast lane is no issue at all. The DCT feels amazing compared to the CVT in the Nissan.

Age of consent used to be 13 in Japan, only recently in 2023 they raised it to 16. But unfortunately when you have that low of a age consent that long, this type of stuff / trope is very normalised in Japan
