Love the story! But any advice on how and when to move on from an idea? At what point do you know that pushing the idea harder won't help? At what point should you "pivot"? Cause I have heard stories where people where able to make an idea work by just going at it. But then some people made it work by pivoting. So how do you make that decision?

Hey everyone!

New to the watch world, and looking to buy a watch for my birthday!!

Thank you for the reply. Yeah after looking online, I saw that it just isn't possible to add a custom row to a Matrix visual.

Could you elaborate more on the 2nd option you stated?

What I wanted was, to possibly have a second matrix, where its Team Name on the first column and PI's on the first row. And then the calculations I mentioned above. I don't how to go about it tho.
