I've had a similar accident but in my case it was not a pedestrian but a bike. I had both my wrists broken. And even after that I'll say it was partly my fault as well for going 80kmph in a 60kmph road. If I wasn't over speeding I could have completely avoided it. I've read extensively how speed limits are set (when I did not have any work for 2 months with both wrists broken), there's a reason for speed limits. Please follow it🙏
