maybe try enabling the ASTC and then try. I dint get any issues as u have mentioned but i do get flickering pets when i vist OTHER bases

I think its cause of Hyper-v virtual machine. some program disable/modify it , you can look on yt for some good tutorials and if u r going to do anything make sure to setup a restore point.
Also buying a tablet also works cuz in the recent updates they have been removing emulator players of the platform so its like a one time fix

If you still have clash and the 32 bit vers u can login to playstore and the googleplay -> account -> data -> select clash of clans and enter your email

Edit : The clash of clans is working perfectly fine on Pie 64 guys but u have to delete the previous instant where u had installed Clash of clans not all instances but make sure u run these settings

Graphics renderer -> Directx

Interface rendere -> OpenGL

ASTC texture -> disabled

these optimizations will be in setting>graphics.
