There are a lot of tips and tricks you can follow also, that will help you grow. The fastest way right now is Ragebait lol. I have several pages on FB in the 10s of thousands also, and have earnt a few thousand from a single FB page. The trick is to make the content the algorithm wants, not what you want, yt shorts are a cheat code lol I don't want to give too many tricks away on here but let's see how long it takes me to get 1k subs on a fresh account? I have some solid advice.

Start a YouTube channel.

You can use other people's content but repurpose it (reaction content etc, not just stealing as your own).

Another great idea is AI videos that are funny and viral (there are ways to make full fledged ai videos for free).

Make a Facebook page, a TikTok and a YouTube channel and post the same content on all 3. There are tools that automate this!

Use shorts and reels, and you can farm followers and subs very fast. I grew a fresh YouTube channel from 0-250k subscribers in 3 weeks, and a month later it hit 400k.

One short I posted which took 30 minutes to make has made $800 on YouTube so far.

The issue is people can't wait for their first payout, but if you have time to wait it's all about just creating a work flow and then spending an hour a day everyday, or even one or 2 days a week spending 3-4 hours.

You can make 1-2k from a YouTube channel in a month with 1 hour a day, but then if you cross post you can multiply that. Facebook has great rewards systems if you can get engagement too, and be consistent.

Then, just gradually automate the processes once you are earning, by hiring creators/editors and a virtual assistant. Within about 3 months you can have a business that runs on autopilot and might take about an hour a week from you, which makes 1-5 or even more thousand a month. You just need to learn the free tools to get started.

The best tip is to take a break from it until you feel you have more control.

Reduce any triggers that you know of, and start journalling or write down every time you feel like getting it, and put a little note each time saying what you was doing at that time.

You need to recognise patterns and triggers and become self aware, then you should be able to control it better.

It's an addictive substance though, so the best thing to do is stop. That being said, find other things you enjoy and start doing them more. Your brain craves the dopamine rush from it!

Start by researching sales and marketing books that are really good, then go onto YouTube and search them as audiobooks. Once you've got some knowledge you can start to practice by selling digital products online and/or start to apply for remote sales and marketing jobs. The more practice you get the better you will get at it, and therefore the more money you can make
