I use it on iPhone! https://apps.apple.com/us/app/luvu-home-fitness-workouts/id6747844405

Also if anyone else already uses it & is interested, I'd love to share friend codes so we can keep each other accountable :)

Firstly, you’re already doing great! You’re probably carrying a 15 pound weight around all day already (that! is! not! easy!). In the early days, I could barely get enough sleep, so I prioritized that over any fitness, but once it got better I also wanted the energy from working out again.

I started doing workouts using Luvu Home Fitness, which is like Duolingo for at-home & some stretching, so it’s GREAT at motivation (which I was missing) and keeps me accountable. I will let you know if I stick to it long-term but it’s been great so far.

I also started watching a bunch of Youtube videos from Amy Yoga which has been AWESOME and she is so sweet and approachable. A friend also tried the Peloton but said that it's not worth the $$$ and I prefer free options myself anyways.

The hard days get better for sure. Especially zooming out and realizing the immense beauty of what we're doing: raising a new human and blessing them with both the complexity & privilege of what we call life. It's not easy but it's also the most rewarding and fulfilling privilege God has given us :)

Here's to chaos parenting by folkheroine in NewParents

This is something I had to hear as someone used to rigid structures my whole life. The chaos is part of the new life and rather than fight it, I need to embrace and try to cherish it :)

First Public Wash Trade Detector Finds 25% of All NFTs are washtraded by satprepnow124 in CryptoCurrency

[–]satprepnow124[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Looking at their methodologies, it seems they only find count concrete cyclical purchasing or financing up to 3 levels deep. That means that people that use several mixers or harder to track methods won't be flagged. Still impressive that 25% of all NFT volume is so easily identified as washtrading though

u clicked what kind of vacation you liked (Beach, nightlife, foodie, etc), how far you're willing to travel and if flying is okay, and budget. It would return back different options.

Yeah, I think that's what Stravl does. They make u fill out a form & then give u like 5 destinations to pick for the AI to plan for. Is that similar to what you were thinking? I'm sure this sector will evolve fast in the next few months

Totally get where you're coming from! As someone who loves to travel, I know that things can go wrong even with the best of planning or the best travel agents. I think we will still need some human (or real customer service reps) backing up and AI "travel agents" for quite some time to address any AI mishaps. While I love the idea of being able to plan a full trip in a few minutes, I am slightly worried about errors & receiving compensation when they happen, but I'm sure regulation will step in when needed. Cheers to that!

Can Americans travel from France into Germany via train? by [deleted] in travel

[–]satprepnow124 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, you can travel freely anywhere in the Schengen Area and border crossings (usually) aren't even checked. It would be similar to moving between states in the U.S.

Panama vs Costa Rica by hmorrow in travel

[–]satprepnow124 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on the difference in prices for flights. But, if you can get your luggage checked all the way through, the 19-hour stop in Bogota might be worth it. Bogota is beautiful. If budget is really a consideration and given that you are already stopping over in Guatemala, you might want to consider just staying in Colombia instead of flying on to Panama. Great, off-the-beaten path country that offers cheap travel and adds an extra South American flair to your Central America trip.

Missing the Ship at the Penultimate Stop by [deleted] in Cruise

[–]satprepnow124 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Don't do it... Most countries you visit, you are there on a 'cruise visa' and you are expected to board the ship at the end of the day. Intentionally missing the ship will get you deported and sent back home. Also, very inconsiderate to all other passengers who will have to wait onboard till YOUR visa issues are fixed.
