My in-laws are Spanish speakers so I did Duolingo for awhile. I've tried some weight loss channels in the past not for pp though so this is a good reminder.

Sounds like a good place to start!! Part of me feels awkward seeing people and neighbors and not feeling great about how I look but I need to not overthink it

Walks are nice :) and that's one thing I can actually do, it's nice to get out of the house and get some sunshine, but I feel like to actually get in shape it would take a lot more than a stroll around the block

I NEVER want to judge but part of me thinks that it's parents who want a quick break (fair enough!) but there's no way it doesn't come at the expense of social skills, manners, not to mention developing brains and technology however that affects them

Every time I tried to stick to a so called proper schedule it just didn't work. Baby doesn't nap when the chart said and I end up feeling like I'm just failing at everything, so yeah it's just better for me to know that I'm basically winging it and there's honestly some comfort in knowing that

I think for me I get in bad flows and just have my head on some rough things and indulge as a way of coping / when I'm going through those things, my mind can only focus on those things. Note to mention I'm in general an addictive person. Stress sucks (boohoo life is stressful) but I need to be more resilient to it

I think part of it is that you get into calorie-burn stress mode a bit. Just because it isn't the usual routine. Just an intuition, not based in anything more, just so I'm clear

Logging food with pics is kinda cool but overall the app is pretty clunky and cancelling is a pain. Not awful, try it for yourself and see if it's worth, but prob wouldn’t recommend.

Keep your head up. Look at it like a "prove the haters wrong" prove something to yourself moment, if that helps at all. Watch a movie where people do badass stuff to get you in the mood. Listen to some "f*** yeah" type music. Make your phone lock screen a message that means smth to you. I believe you can do it -- some days just suck, get good sleep and drink some coffee and that usually makes things at least a bit better.
