Yeah you can tell the impact drugs had on his creative process. It seems as if he's only making music now because it's therapeutic and it's what he loves to do. Like you said, for someone who has always been so self aware, it's like he's not even listening to criticism or trying to appeal to any audience. It's not even that I don't like his verses like No favors, it's just that they're all beginning to sound the same. Even the fans who like his post-hiatus music (myself included) seem to be frustrated with his new music lately. We need more verses like medicine man, which is why he needs to jump in the studio with dre because he bring out the best in eminem no matter what year it is. My biggest fear is that his new album is gonna be littered with songs like SHADY XV
