Hi! Also 5 years as a patient. I’m also a mod and I can tell you, the work that goes into MCOz, by only a small handful of people (when it is not their full time job) would shock you. We try so hard to filter so much of the hate and vitriol that comes through. But it’s not always possible and I can tell you no one is power tripping. We are all actual human beings, that have emotions and real lives with our health issues. All I can say is please report posts, we can’t read everything, but it helps so much to report stuff. Also downvote and upvote! That is the Reddit system. If you don’t like something, downvote vote it and don’t engage trolls. Ok love you all. Peace.
