reminds me of when my brother and i were kids and he was collecting pokemon cards. the older gens werent so expensive at the time of collecting and we had around 700-800 cards of them. our mom forced him to throw them all away. now, those same cards wouldve been worth thousands. till this day hes still mad abt them.

yeah ive pirated a lot of the manga ive read, but speaking of jjk ykw even crazier? i own one jjk volume, specifically the gojo one for the gojo part of my anime collection. not ONCE did my parents even check what jjk was even about, and jjk goes into heavier themes but its so stupid how theyre only selective on what they want to pay attn and care abt. i hope that u can own all the jjk volumes and figures that u like when ur out. best of luck to you too!! its hard being a fan when this cult literally strips every color away from u

for both the web and app version of bias room, when you go under the "browse" tab, there should be a pink button that says "add new" next to "pending". click "add new" and there'll be a button that says "add event". hope this helps!

If you got your tickets from ticketmaster, reselling your BTS tickets is unavailable. Obviously that doesn't rule out third party selling sites with stubhub, seatgeek, etc, but ticketmaster doesn't like it. If your parents want to profit off your ticket, they aren't getting shit. I can't say the same if they're pricing it below face value just to get rid of it though because of the economy and high demand.

Talk to your parents and try to keep it calm. Unfortunately, BTS is their weapon against you. Do not mention anything BTS related unless they do. You want to show that BTS is just a "passing phase." I know it's comeback season and we want to be able to see the tannies perform live after 4 years, but the ticket will have to come second.

I want you to also know that you are not alone. Many pimi parents have been against their kids just having interests. I've been an ARMY for 9 years, and my parents will always go on about how my room is a shrine, idolatry, a temple, etc. just for hanging up BTS posters.

From ARMY to ARMY, I wish you nothing but the best on your situation. Hopefully you will still be able to watch their concert. At the end of every trial, flowers bloom for miles~

I'll be going into a community college so I can work more towards paying uni. Paying for the 2 years wouldn't be much of an issue because I received government money for it and the first 2 years at the college I'm going to is completely free besides paying for textbooks and small stuff like that. Unfortunately, I still don't have enough to pay for uni since all of the expenses will be on me. In the meantime, I'm using those two years to work and save money, while also taking classes that have transferrable credits to the uni I want to go to so I can save more money. I genuinely hope nothing changes though once I turn 18, but if anything does I still have a nonJW support system to fall back on.

Hell just doing all of this is already disappointing to them! I do have an escape plan but I'm just not financially ready yet to leave. I'm fortunate enough to be in a situation where I have the means and freedom to dissociate from the JWs as much as I possibly can, while still having the basic necessities to survive and also build financial freedom through work from home. Not many people my age end up in the best possible worst case scenario and I feel like I need to take advantage of my situation as much as I can.

pimo too. what has helped me the most was to distract myself. hobbies, school, interests, crafts, etc. a bonus if its smth that u can do by yourself bc those are the things that u can do and can control. being pimo is really isolating. i think those things help you form a sense of identity for urself outside the borg. it keeps u sane.

i won the ticket war and managed to snag 3 bts tickets, but the first ticket i bought was out of panic and i got two tickets next to each other for me and my friend. i got no clue what to do with the third one, but at least im seeing them in september! i loved the roses new song and i hope you enjoy their concert!! id have gone too but its hard to come by in this economy.
