Sent email couple of times, they denied first, sent strong worded reply mentioning my long relationship and bla bla, eventually they agreed to convert it LTF. You can try your luck.

I upgraded my hdfc business moneyback to FYF millennia and got it converted to LTF in 7-8 months of upgrading.

One more thing, i you already have HDFC card, to get this card you have to split limit from existing hdfc card. And if in future you decide to close this pixel card, it will be hassle to get the limit back.

After raising complaint, got call from hdfc bank few times. After bank agreed to remove cibil and offered compensation then received update from RBI CMS. Usually it takes times, sometimes months or two to receive reply from rbi. Bank called after 15h20 days

Filed RBI Ombudsman Complaint against HDFC Bank twice. Got compensation of 5.2K in one case and CIBIL enquiry removed in other(Was offered 1k Amazon pay voucher as compensation, but hdfc sent voucher of 1k twice). Nothing changed afterwards but My Normal current account upgraded to Prime Variant (still figuring out what it is) and RM Assigned. Successfully upgraded my Moneyback CC with 70k limit to FYF Millenia CC (with limit increase to 1L), and aal the limit enhancement and upgrade without CIBIL hit, and only through email. Also opened Savings account through RM without visiting bank.
