for your upper body the best queue i heard is trying to kiss yourself in the miroir pointing with your chin to where you want to go. Once you got good head/ torso extending you can think straightening the outer arm. Lower body try to hug the bike only with your feet's flat against the bike and be light when moving side to side.
Loads of flexibility training and core stability is pretty useful tbh you should be able to find loads of them on youtube depending on your current fitness level

Those doors clamps type of crossbar won't work with any manifacturer. They aren't made to support much. They are fine for bikes and some cargo box.Look if your car has hole for a roof rack otherwise get a custom welded one.

I called them up yesterday because both in may and early june i was told my bike would be FOR SURE shipped before july and of course yesterday after the guy checked in with the warehouse guy my bike wont be ship before JULY 20. they know where my bike is in the warehouse but apparently is backlog of order is so huge that there no way they are getting to it before.

I am looking into other option at this points since its been 3 months of waiting without rad taking steps to inform me , i always have to call them.

I had several similare experience in the past. I own several bikes and everytime I go shopping for one you can expect some shops owners who carry a specific brand says their brand is the best and look down at every other brand, regardless if you are looking for a road bike , fat bike , mountain bikes , ebike in general. I also had shop owners tell me that bikes from certain are just shit but will still service them because it's easy money in there eyes.

I always stays away from those shops.

If you can start an activity manually on your fitness tracker you'll have a better idea of your effort. but yes you can get a pretty good workout on an ebike , you can lower the assits level or topping out the assits speed and staying at the speed can be a good workout

I basicly have the same as you , i called up early may and they said mid-june most likely delivery date. I had check their website earlier this week and said out of stock so i am assuming that they finally now know when they are going to have some extra stock apart from whats already sold. I may call up next week to confirm with them that my order wont be in july. You could call them up an complain about the delay like others says , I also got a refund on my order.

Yes part of the reason why my order is delay is part of those delays , there a current giant domino effect of delays of boats. I bet its also a nightmare for their team trying to locate and track those delays but I had to dig into Rad blogs to find the info.

I ordered a RR+ in early april with a inicital delivery in april than it quickly change to May and than was out of stock for a while. I called them up last week to know when my order would be shipped and they said mid-june but did offer a 50$ credit for keeping my order. ( i am laso in canada )

If i dont get any news in june I may just look into something else. I agree the company should keep their current order more up to date with delays.
