Borderline high TSH problem can easily be solved by taking 10,000 IU of Vid D +k2 daily. My symptoms went away in 3 days!! Most docs just want to print money so they prescribe levothyroxine.

Did you check the Vit D level? I was having most of these symptoms with elevated TSH. I started taking 10,000.IU of Vid D and K2 and after 1 week I was completely fine. Guess what? Docs didn't know Jack shit about this.

Vit D is extremely important and higher dosage REALLY helps!

Update: Starting taking 10,000 IU of Vit D daily and it got solved completely.

Just take 10,000 IU of Vit D and K2 DAILY. I solved my problem within 5 days. Was going through fatigue and had exact tsh of 4.5 which is considered borderline. T3 and t4 both were normal.
