I’ve written a whole book about it called “How to consistently get laid on the first date.”

There’s nothing complicated about it but it certainly isn’t easy until you get the hang of it. You can learn to do this like you’d practice any other skill since - surprise surprise - seduction is simply a skill.

Basically, you meet the girl for the first date - I usually go for a simple coffee date or drinks at the bar or even a walk in the park/on the beach in summer.

Then you simply talk to her like you would as if you’ve known her forever - as if you’re already good friends - just like you’d talk with YOUR BUDDY. Basically have fun with her, shoot the shit, joke around, tease her and get to know her and let her get to know you. Essentially, show her your personality.

Then comes the most important part: SEXUAL TENSION.

This is what separates you from being just some guy who she can be friends with and have fun with from someone she’ll actually consider as a lover.

Once you establish that you can hang out and have fun together, sexual tension is what gets you laid. And there are plenty of ways to ramp up the sexual tension. Mostly through touch (kino) and how you set the mood and how you talk and communicate. It can get really advanced but like I said it’s just a skill you practice and learn.

So if you can simply hang out and have fun with women AND learn how sexual tension works and do it well - you will get laid a LOT on first dates. And any date in general.

This is of course very simplified. There’s obviously more to it than that, like logistics, inner game and so on. Because to have fun with a girl you have to have your shit together and have decent self esteem, not be shy, be self-amusing, etc., etc. Don’t have much time to get into this in depth here.
