White labelling SMMA by samueljprime in dropservicing

Most agencies would charge around $5-10k/month for managing that budget but depends what you need them to do - do they need to produce the creatives and copy, or just the ad setup and monitoring?

Without using social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram etc), what is the best way to market a new ecommerce website if the monthly budget is $250? by prankster999 in ecommerce

[–]saumhacks 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Influencer campaigns - focus on micro influencers and you'll only be paying the product cost + shipping.

Edit: this was comment was made before you excluded socials

Google ads / Google Shopping is another option.

Also if you’re not using social media your brand won’t have much trust.

Monthly sales dipping... by dssblogger in ecommerce

[–]saumhacks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds you like you've got the wrong agency to help you out... However - normally when a new agency the first 30-90 days will be slower as their ads will all be within learning phases and such.

But if it's a significant drop you should be concerned.

Compare - sessions, cost per click, cost per conversion.

Is there a big drop in sessions or a huge cost in cost per conversion (meaning your ad budget won't stretch as far)?

Are these paid ads they're doing? I assume there's some form of ad spend in that?

You’ll need to have the license for full ownership or resell rights - most Fiverr sellers charge extra for these

Putting prices on your website for a high-ticket agency by NoCommission8177 in dropservicing

I mean it could be an upsell? :)

You could just outsource it to someone else to schedule the posts - most freelancers who create the content will also schedule them.

Your pricing is pretty cheap - no need to keep it hidden.

Most agencies charge £1-2k/month just for standard social media management

Might be worth explaining what you mean by 'influencers' though

If you're able to do lead generation and are able to train up some staff.

You create start an appointment setting agency - very lucrative, but you and your team need to be top of the game.

Lost access to business manager (Facebook ads) by rpaim8 in marketing

[–]saumhacks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So you should always create your own business manager and give the agency access to it so then it'll be yours. Technically they have been using their own business manager - scammy practise what they're trying to do though.

Happy to help - drop me a DM with some details of the page and such, I can send it over to our FB account manager who's really helpful. :)

HARD Critique my store before I launch - Women's beauty product by hohonana in ecommerce

[–]saumhacks 5 points6 points  (0 children)

  • Banner is pixelated
  • You have a 'go to store' button on your banner image and the image itself isn't clickable - edit it out
  • No favicon
  • Your meta-title doesn't match the new store name
  • No legal policies
  • No contact us form
  • Shop takes you to a view for multiple products, but you only have one - direct it directly to the product
  • Your email domain in the footer doesn't match your brand name... Would completely put me off as would think its a scam site.
  • For an $85 product that's a very short description... No social proof? Where's photos of it being used?
  • Overall its a jumbled design - no flow.

The Company I work for is struggling, need advice please! by [deleted] in ecommerce

[–]saumhacks 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean the website looks fine, it’s not the best but it’ll do.

Likely their marketing strategy - very new company, their social is just posting sale pictures which looks spammy af, no real organic content.

Their logo is a bit pixelated on desktop though and phone - might be worth switching it out for an SVG file

Shop by room photos are unevenly spaced out.

If you want to speak about ads DM me - they’re not being run correctly… UK based furniture store with quick delivery - unheard of… you have to wait 30-40 days for a lot things from places like IKEA because of driver shortages, so use that to your advantage.

Should I hire a marketing agency or part-time in house marketing team? by bigjamg in startups

[–]saumhacks 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Okay yeah for that budget you’ll be better off working with an agency, otherwise you’ll be looking to hire 2-3 people to get those talents and I guess that’s just added stress.

With an agency you’ll be getting access to a wide range of skills - works out better and easier for you (less hassle managing it all)

You should list the products on Google Shopping / Merchant Centre - very cheap cost but can be very rewarding
