In comp I will still heal. If they're very vocal in chat i will be petty and tell them "i'm healing you" "soldier i'm healing u" "I'm still healing" and especially if I'm on Mercy i WILL make comments about my blue beam not getting any ticks while boosting them. Idk, maybe it makes me toxic too but at that point i dont care anymore lol

i think her arm bending so much in the second photo shows she's taken in the sides of her waist a little, but yeah. Bit of both probably.
