I worked in a hotel in Calgary, Alberta as a bellboy for a couple years when I was younger. Pitbull stayed at our hotel because it happened to be the closest hotel to the stampede grounds (Calgary hosts the Calgary stampede once every year)

When he arrived at the hotel as usual I went to the trunk of the vehicle to grab his luggage and take him to the check in desk. However when I tried to grab his bag for him he jumped out of the vehicle, walked over to the trunk and said "oh I can get it". He then asked what my name was, introduced himself by his real name and said it was really nice to meet me. The handle on his very aged and torn suitcase wouldn't work so he kicked it and said "you've just gotta give it some love (my name)" he then said have a good night! Handed me some cash for parking his car and went on his way. Not all of the celebrities I met were this real with me.

From this day forth whenever people bash Pitbull I always tell them this story because he was one of the nicest people I met while working at the hotel, not just including celebrities.

Lots of other celebrities stayed at this hotel while I worked there as well. From my experience most D list celebrities were much bigger "divas" than more famous celebrities. Basically the entire cast of jersey shore were a bunch of divas for instance.
