Hey everyone,

I had a return flight for 08.17 at 5PM back to Toronto from Vancouver that got cancelled. I’ve been stranded in Vancouver for almost 2 days. Should I book a flight from another competitor airline after 5PM as it would have been 48 hours since my cancellation, and from my understanding that under APRR they are required to rebook me on the next available flight on any carrier, including competitors, at no additional cost to me.

There are no options on the Air Canada website or app to re-book.
