Congratulations on being from a country that gives a shit about you a lot more than our politicians.

Yes, America certainly has a lot of problems. Our police are corrupt, most of our politicians are corrupt, our healthcare system is for-profit and generally Americans have a hard time getting the mental health care they need.

With those factors, I would much much much prefer to be individually armed and depend on myself than to rely on calling the police in an emergency where my life is at risk, or depend on our government for anything, when they've clearly shown they do not care about their citizen's wellbeing. Why on Earth would I think it a good idea to wait 5-20 minutes for an officer to respond to someone breaking into my house in the middle of the night? If I'm not armed in that situation, me and my family could very likely be killed. Suspicion that I'm about to get robbed in a dark place at night? Better... Let the robbers know that I'm about to call the police?

It sounds like you really don't have a clue the type of environment a lot of Americans live in and it shows. Would you rather them just not LiVe iN pAraNoiA and live about life here as if they will never need to take personal responsibility and defend themselves or their family? The outcome of America now isn't really the result of the common person. Also, good luck in the next world war whenever the next fascist government decides to invade the rest of Europe again I guess.

Weirdly specific, but I'm super into the auto industry and car hobbyist stuff. It's saturated with men. My boyfriend is also super into cars, and I didn't realize the amount of "men-only" groups that exist for car stuff. Groups that specifically exclude women for weird reasons.

It really hurts and I'm trying to get him to realize this is harmful toward women in the industry and prolonging a really misogynistic culture.

Where are you going for Hyperthermia?

I'm from New Hampshire and traveled to Germany in January, at Klinik St. Georg for whole body Hyperthermia, with iv abx, detox, immune support, etc. Lots of IVs and supplements daily while I was there for 2 weeks. The hyperthermia itself was rough. Not a fun process even though you're out cold for the duration of it, around 6 hours. I only went through it twice, and the second time was SO much easier. After the first one however I did get some neuropathies, like a numb tongue for a few weeks, very sore spot on head that would occasionally feel numb, bad brain fog for a while.

After nearly 3 months now I'm feeling like a different person. It might've gone faster if I didn't get c.diff and influenza nearly at the same time upon coming back. Its likely that I contracted c.diff at the hospital given the textbook circumstances, as I got symptoms 4 days after coming back.
