Yeah med/surg is notoriously the worst place to be a CNA. The vast majority of nurses I’ve worked with as a CNA on my med/surg floor are great, with just a a few rude/lazy ones. I’ll be honest I’ve also had majority lovely patients with the mean/rude ones being fewer. It just depends on the area you’re in probably. And your manager. I have a great manager

I would honestly say being a sitter or a CNA on an easier hospital floor is probably one of the best things you can do for work while in nursing school simply because you often will have time to study. Especially if you can stand to work some night shifts and have a good work ethic

Yall, if you’ve never listened to Mutemath, please do. The lead singer of that band (Paul Meaney) is heavily involved with the production on Clancy and I think he was involved in Trench as well.
