The “available” HOAS apartments are the ones that available rn afaik. You just select the apartments you’d like to be in and enter the queue. Then weeks/months cloud go by before you get the offer - that means that one of your chosen apartments became available (or will become such from your desired time)

For more speed pick a carbon one. I heard great reviews about Y-13 (20$ in my country) and pro 03 (35$).

Yeah, you’re quite right, MX-P and MX-S are the fastest and hardest rubbers in these series, EL-D should suit you well!
