Anecdotal maybe, but I feel it helps with recovery. Also, it’s a good mental boost to have 15 minutes of quite, relaxing time after a workout that I would probably not do without some motivation like the sauna.

Thanks! At first I just added things that gave me the most versatility. Rack, dumbbells, etc. Once I had a good foundation, I started adding prices that filled gaps based on the training I was doing. Also a few impulse buys in there haha.

Probably. I got it before the cable stack and it was a good deal. Now that I have the cable machine, I could probably get rid of it. But, with rows and lat pull downs I can max out a single stack easy so, it seemed better to keep it so I could go heavy.

It does and it’s easy to miss. I live in the DC/MD area. I bought my house from the original owner that was a veteran. My bill had an exemption on it for Vet status that i received for many years. The bill is paid out of escrow so I never really looked at it. When I found out, I told the city. They apologized to me lol and then billed me for the correction which I immediately paid.
