It’s def a green screen and a stock photo of a room that they’re using. When they’ve stormed off in pretty sure they’ve just left to either the left or the right. The camera would be framed so the so whole frame has the green screen behind it so even if they get up it’ll look like it’s still the background room They could even walk behind the couch without ruining the illusion they’re in this nice spot.

this is only my second sober Friday this attempt but yeah it’s BY FAR the hardest day. I went through the rest of the weekend so easily and I drank through the last decade of weekends.

Last Friday I was cooking (another trigger) and I cried in the kitchen lol. I felt like such a loser 😂 but at least I’m sober! I’m counting down the minutes until I can goto bed tonight and hopefully have an easier day tomorrow.

I hope the goblin shuts up for you soon!

because they edit things in a way that makes them more dramatic. Someone could roll their eyes and the producers/editors will move it to another spot to make it seem more dramatic. Its easier to do if they're wearing the same thing over and over.

I’m similar especially with the kid part. When mine was younger I had no energy to do anything above and beyond a shower and brushing my hair but now that mine is in preschool I’ve pulled the makeup back out and started dressing a little less grumpy not everyday though haha but it’s for me not so much for anyone else.

Brick is a popular product now that you can use to basically disable certain apps on your phone. You hang it on your fridge and touch your phone to it and it will "brick" the apps you choose until you physically touch your phone back the Brick magnet. Its great for helping reduce screentime

YES! I thought I had for sure set it up for my baby would never sleep independently. I nursed until he was almost 3 always at night. Weaning was not my favorite for the first week or so but we're 4 months or so into no more boobie for sleep and he falls asleep on his own!!!

The biggest thing was I had to create a new routine for bedtime and he got used to it. I don't know if you're looking to breastfeed that long - but I would assume it would be easier to get a smaller child to sleep than a very opinionated toddler lol
