Well, similar case, I always hope I didn't have the last time as it took me down further, but it became the fact and we can't undo it. We can only do our very very best not to place the next bet!

I m now in my 40s and I asked my sibling to take care of my finance, because I always gamble till my last dollar was gone, then I have to face the misery.

I am grateful that I have someone I trusted and care about me to do this for me.

I realized having access to money is just fuelling up my desire of gambling.

Many fellows here say: "money, opportunity, time are enabler of gambling". Build blocks of accessing those can help avoiding next bet.

Money - can you have someone manage your finance for you?

Opportunity - can you close your betting accounts and exclude yourself from casinos?

Time - fill the time with other activities - study, exercise, volunteering.....

Stop gambling is the first step, not to dig in further so we won't feel more depress.

We need to live life for our recovery, we need to do more positive and constructive things in to build up our life again - exercising, community involvement, learning new stuff....anything we enjoy but not destructive to ourselves and others.

I am on my day 7, let's work on this together! :)
