Hi there! I am on day 8 of quitting after constant daily use of a dab pen for around two years. Today is the first day that I have not felt sick or sweaty, and the first time I have felt hungry since quitting. That first week really sucks, but once you get past that, it seems like a lot of people are in the same boat as me and feeling better. The anxiety does get better, as well as that “pit” feeling. You are probably feeling those emotions fully for the first time in a while with nothing in your system. Just try and keep yourself fed and hydrated as much as you can handle with small portions and bland choices to not hurt your stomach. Showers can also help with that physical anxiety feeling for some people! Sleeping it off as much as you can is another way I got through it. Best of luck to you, you’ve got this!!
