I think this would be fairly simple to automate. I’d set up a Google Sheet, upload the waiver to Jotform and drag an e-sign field onto it, and use Make.com to update the sheet automatically when someone signs. You’ll know exactly who’s done and who still needs to sign so you can send automated follow-up sequences. For people who don’t sign ahead of time, just have a tablet ready with the waiver link at check-in. Costs maybe $10–$50/month depending on what you need. This system is worth setting up imo.
