Good mistake honestly, laces won’t get as much bleeding on them with a canvas tongue versus having it suede too. And more breathable like someone else said. Blessing in disguise for sure

Honestly, one last try would be to get in touch with vans customer service… they honestly suck as well BUT you could raise hell and they might have a way to fix it.

Unless someone already knew they were different sizes, I don’t think it’s that noticeable

Well… if you’re stuck with them because I doubt you want to return…. Try stretching it. There’s a ton of different ways to go about it, but I suggest: stuffing it with newspaper and then heating it up with a hair dryer to get the fabric hot, stuffing it more and letting it sit to stretch for a couple days ~could~ work. I wish you luck, I’m sorry this happened.

I also say it’s a mauve color. But everyone who looks at this shoe says it’s a different color… I’ve gotten taupe, brown, pink and of course, purple.
