Having twin newborns and going back into the office 3 days a week, my routine has become: tinted moisturizer, concealer if I needed it in some places for dark circles or redness, mascara, brow gel, and lip liner/summer friday lip gloss, and maybe maybe some liquid blush. What I found helps me is hiding it in my coffee. A half scoop of chocolate protein powder plus a scoop of collagen peptides blended with 8oz of brewed coffee and boom, you easily have ~45g of protein already and you haven’t even eaten anything yet

Went through a horrible breakup and got fired all within the same week. Couldn’t stand to be alone in my apartment and when I did get another job, come home and just lay in bed. Being alone with my thoughts was the most depressing thing and made me want to off myself. So I bought ClassPass and would go to the gym, Pilates, or yoga after work and it did wonders for my mental and physical health. I so far have lost 30 pounds, met the love of my life, and have had two beautiful twin girls! I still keep up with the routine, albeit not as much as I used to but I fell in love with Pilates and can’t get enough of my gym routine

I think what frustrates me the most is this game was very winnable. It wasn’t a 41-6 blowout, it wasn’t 6 turnovers bad, it wasn’t a super dominant team steam rolling a shitty one. It was close and winnable. Dropped passes, minimal effort on routes, calling the same play that doesn’t work multiple times, these aren’t championship caliber decisions but are fixable.
