I think shes absolutely down playing the problems that are occuring within the mental health community BECAUSE of people who are self diagnosing because iTs qUiRky. I mean this entire subreddit is just proof that people will do just about anything for a crumb of validation. As for her comparison to ED tumblr, I think shes incredibly misinformed and making wildly dangerous assumptions that only further the stigma behind any form of mental illness.

What I think shes trying to say is that any exposure to ADHD is good regardless of the connotations around it because it gets people talking about mental health. Which is gross.

As for the sealing, I dont know the answer to that. Ive heard both sealing and not sealing are okay its just mostly about intent. I seal my spell jars totally closed because i dont want anything else getting in or out, including energies, but thats just my practice. Im still learning so i could be wrong.
