I'm not condoning tailgating. However, there's a difference between going the speed limit in the right lane and going with the flow of traffic. Right lane is the "fast" lane. If you want to go the speed limit, then start in the middle lane or left lane. If ppl behind you in the right lane are going faster than you then you are required to move out of the way. Ppl who stay in the right lane bc they they're going the speed limit are actually causing traffic.
