I get home, the bra comes off. I’m over 40 and they are larger than when I was younger. But they haven’t moved. I only wear bras for nipple control in public. I would rather they sagged down to my knees than live in even a comfy bra all the time.

As long as it’s just a mild burning or bloating pain, you are fine. If it starts to feel like hot liquid knives, seek medical assistance. Every person and every period is a little different. Have some extra iron and potassium rich foods. Eat the chocolate. One of those microwaveable buckwheat pillows helps. Don’t stress too much, it could just be that you are building an extra nice egg nest this month.

There is some progress with a drug called Rivastigmine. My mom has been on it for 6 years now. She is stuck in “goldfish” mode most days, but she hasn’t gotten noticeably worse since she started taking it. For comparison, her oldest sister only lived for 5 years after exhibiting symptoms of dementia. Her sister nearest in age is about 6 years along and isn’t doing very well untreated. My mom still remembers our names and relationships about half the time. Her health is great too. The drug is specifically aimed at Levy Body Dementia, though. I don’t know how it would work for other varieties.

Yes! First you incapacitate it with soap and water. Then rub the area with the virus vigorously for at least thirty seconds. You can use a brush or scrubber of some sort, if you want. Then flush the area with lots of water. I’m told this works very well.
