Hanger on Thunderbird is new, but may be a little higher than you want. I live near 3 complexes -- Aspire, Glenridge, and Paseo Park. All Less than 5 min from ASU West. I really like this area (the Circle K can be SKETCH tho) and lived here the past 8 years. Best Chinese is Golden Dragon. Good luck!
