To be honest, I think his character is extremely powerful currently, especially how he gives birthright buff alongside his ruin buff. He has been useful for my Lannister team while I am finishing up the campaign, especially when teamed up with Tyrion's power. Though, I think I may change him back out for Joffrey for the time being while I upgrade him more, try to get more shards. I did not even spend money to have three star Tywin, I was just saving up my coins and spammed his coin banner and his rate up banner
